Club Haven Refund Policy

Club Haven is a digital membership service that provides access to members-only wellness, fitness, meditation, relaxation, and educational content.

Club Haven currently offers a 14-day free trial, followed by a recurring membership fee of $19.99 per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.

Free Trial

You may cancel your membership during the 14-day free trial to avoid being charged the monthly membership fee. The date by which you must cancel and the date your first charge will occur will be shown during enrollment.

Membership Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, membership fees that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Cancelling your membership prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for a charge that has already been processed.

Depending on the functionality of the membership platform, access to members-only content may continue through the end of the billing period already paid for or may end when the membership is cancelled.

Billing Errors or Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you were charged in error or have another billing concern, please contact Club Haven. Club Haven may issue a refund or credit when appropriate and in its discretion, subject to applicable law.
