Club Haven Subscription Cancellation Policy

Club Haven memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

Club Haven currently offers a 14-day free trial, followed by a recurring membership fee of $19.99 per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.

By enrolling in a Club Haven membership, you authorize Club Haven and its payment providers to charge your payment method for recurring monthly membership fees after the free trial ends and on each renewal date thereafter, unless you cancel.

Free Trial Cancellation

You may cancel during your 14-day free trial to avoid being charged the monthly membership fee. The specific date by which you must cancel and the date your first charge will occur will be displayed to you during enrollment.

Ongoing Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future recurring charges. To avoid a future monthly renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the applicable renewal charge is processed.

Memberships purchased online will have an online cancellation option available through the Club Haven website, your customer or member account, or another online cancellation method provided as part of the membership experience.

Once the membership platform and payment system are fully activated, detailed cancellation instructions will be available through your account and/or on the Club Haven website.

After Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by law, charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Depending on the functionality of the membership platform, access to members-only content may continue through the end of a paid billing period or may end when the membership is cancelled.
